Aunque en un principio parec\u00eda eficiente, el ACC presentaba problemas de subenfriamiento, lo que motiv\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis proactivo para identificar los problemas subyacentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Tras un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s detallado, VEC descubri\u00f3 un subenfriamiento que mermaba el rendimiento, a pesar de la utilizaci\u00f3n de una segunda bomba de vac\u00edo para compensar la entrada de aire. Una investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s exhaustiva revel\u00f3 que el exceso de flujo de aire y una ligera entrada de aire estaban provocando la anomal\u00eda de subenfriamiento. Adem\u00e1s, las limitaciones de la l\u00f3gica del sistema de control distribuido (DCS) agravaron el problema, lo que dificult\u00f3 la capacidad del ACC para ajustar y optimizar el rendimiento de forma eficaz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">VEC se enfrent\u00f3 a varios retos a la hora de optimizar el rendimiento del ACC. Entre ellos se encontraban un subenfriamiento persistente a pesar de las medidas correctivas, limitaciones en la l\u00f3gica del DCS que imped\u00edan realizar ajustes eficaces y el impacto de la entrada de aire en la capacidad de refrigeraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer frente a estos retos, VEC colabor\u00f3 con SPG Dry Cooling para llevar a cabo un estudio exhaustivo del ACC, identificar fugas y aplicar medidas correctivas. A pesar de los esfuerzos iniciales, el subenfriamiento persisti\u00f3 debido a las limitaciones de la l\u00f3gica del DCS. Se realizaron ajustes adicionales en la l\u00f3gica del DCS, incluyendo modificaciones en la banda muerta y el punto de consigna, para optimizar el funcionamiento del ventilador y reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda par\u00e1sita.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Los ajustes realizados por VEC dieron lugar a una reducci\u00f3n significativa del consumo de energ\u00eda par\u00e1sita de casi 3 MW, al tiempo que se manten\u00eda la contrapresi\u00f3n requerida. Esto condujo a una mejora de la tasa de calor global y de la eficiencia. Al abordar los retos subyacentes y optimizar el rendimiento del ACC, VEC logr\u00f3 mejorar la eficiencia operativa y mitigar las p\u00e9rdidas de energ\u00eda, especialmente en rangos de temperatura espec\u00edficos.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">La experiencia de VEC pone de relieve la importancia de realizar un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo y una optimizaci\u00f3n minuciosa para superar los retos de rendimiento del ACC. La implementaci\u00f3n satisfactoria de los ajustes en la l\u00f3gica del DCS destaca el papel fundamental que desempe\u00f1an el mantenimiento proactivo y la mejora continua a la hora de maximizar la eficiencia.
