La vapeur qui s'\u00e9coule de la turbine est condens\u00e9e par de l'eau froide de refroidissement dans un condenseur de surface ou dans un condenseur \u00e0 jet. Le flux d'air traversant les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur est cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le tirage naturel de la tour de refroidissement.
