Initialement efficace, l'ACC a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sous-refroidissement, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 une analyse proactive pour d\u00e9couvrir les probl\u00e8mes sous-jacents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s un examen plus approfondi, VEC a d\u00e9couvert un sous-refroidissement nuisible aux performances, malgr\u00e9 l'utilisation d'une deuxi\u00e8me pompe \u00e0 vide pour compenser les infiltrations d'air. Un examen plus approfondi a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'un d\u00e9bit d'air excessif et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re infiltration d'air \u00e9taient \u00e0 l'origine de l'anomalie de sous-refroidissement. En outre, les limites de la logique du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le distribu\u00e9 (DCS) ont exacerb\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me, entravant la capacit\u00e9 de l'ACC \u00e0 ajuster et \u00e0 optimiser les performances de mani\u00e8re efficace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">VEC a d\u00fb relever plusieurs d\u00e9fis pour optimiser les performances de l'ACC. Il s'agissait notamment du sous-refroidissement persistant malgr\u00e9 les mesures correctives, des limites de la logique du DCS emp\u00eachant des ajustements efficaces, et de l'impact de l'entr\u00e9e d'air sur la capacit\u00e9 de refroidissement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pour relever ces d\u00e9fis, VEC a collabor\u00e9 avec SPG Dry Cooling pour mener une \u00e9tude approfondie de l'ACC, identifier les fuites et mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures correctives. Malgr\u00e9 les efforts initiaux, le sous-refroidissement a persist\u00e9 en raison des limites de la logique du DCS. D'autres ajustements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la logique DCS, y compris des modifications de la zone morte et du point de consigne, afin d'optimiser le fonctionnement des ventilateurs et de r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie parasite.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Les ajustements effectu\u00e9s par VEC ont permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la consommation d'\u00e9nergie parasite de pr\u00e8s de 3 MW, tout en maintenant la contre-pression requise. Cela a permis d'am\u00e9liorer le taux de chaleur global et l'efficacit\u00e9. En relevant les d\u00e9fis sous-jacents et en optimisant les performances de l'ACC, VEC a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et d'att\u00e9nuer les pertes d'\u00e9nergie, en particulier dans des plages de temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifiques.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">L'exp\u00e9rience de VEC souligne l'importance d'une analyse et d'une optimisation approfondies pour surmonter les probl\u00e8mes de performance des ACC. La mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie des ajustements de la logique DCS souligne le r\u00f4le essentiel de la maintenance proactive et de l'am\u00e9lioration continue pour maximiser l'efficacit\u00e9. \u00c0 l'avenir, VEC pr\u00e9voit de mettre en place une surveillance \u00e0 distance des performances afin de maintenir et d'am\u00e9liorer encore les am\u00e9liorations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au niveau
