In September 2026, SPG Dry Cooling celebrated an important milestone: ten years of partnership with Groupe Paharpur.
The anniversary celebration took place at The Merode in Brussels, bringing together colleagues, clients, partners and guests to reflect on a decade of collaboration, growth and shared achievements — and to look ahead to the future.

The story behind our celebration
A heritage of pioneering excellence
For more than 140 years, SPG Dry Cooling has contributed to the evolution of cooling technology for some of the world’s most critical industries. From power generation and nuclear to hydrogen, data centers, oil & gas and heavy industry, our engineering expertise has supported complex projects across continents, climates and technical environments.
At the heart of this heritage is dry cooling: enabling industries to reject heat without relying on water as a cooling resource.
A new chapter since 2016
In 2016, SPG Dry Cooling became part of the Paharpur Group, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our history.
By bringing together SPG’s European engineering expertise and Paharpur’s international industrial strength, we have built a truly global organization with the engineering capabilities, manufacturing strength and international reach to support projects wherever industry moves next.
Ten years later, this partnership continues to strengthen our ability to engineer and deliver reliable, efficient and future-ready cooling solutions worldwide.
Building what comes next
Today, the need for efficient cooling is growing rapidly. Expanding data infrastructure, increasing energy demand and the development of new industrial technologies are creating greater heat-rejection requirements, while water scarcity is making traditional water-dependent cooling increasingly challenging in many regions.
SPG Dry Cooling remains committed to developing reliable cooling solutions that reduce or eliminate water dependency — supporting the infrastructure of tomorrow while helping preserve one of the world’s most vital resources.
