Last week, our team came together to celebrate 30 years of our manufacturing plant. Three decades of teamwork, growth, and shared achievements.
We also marked the retirement of our General Manager, Mr. Chen Zhanyong, closing a remarkable chapter in his career. During a special dinner, we reflected on his leadership and the lasting impact he has had on the plant and its people. We wish him all the best as he enters a well-deserved retirement.
This milestone is also a moment to look back on our legacy. In 1995, the manufacturing plant was founded as a joint venture between the German Deutsche Babcock Balcke-Dürr AG (BDAG) and Zhanjiakou Oxygen Generating Equipment Company, making it the first foreign investment in the city. It was a significant event at the time.
In the early days of the joint venture, BDAG sent a team of senior engineers, technical PhDs, and management consultants to China. These experts helped establish the production lines and implement local adaptations of the ISO 9001 quality system and German Industrial Standards (DIN).
The company became a wholly owned foreign company in 2005 and is today the largest manufacturing site for SRC tube bundles worldwide.
In 2018, we moved to a new location, continuing our journey of innovation and growth.
As we celebrate this milestone, we also look to the future with pride in our past and confidence in what lies ahead.
