Data centers

Biomass & waste-to-energy

Biomass is an important way to power small and medium power plants. SPG Dry cooling systems allow faster plant permitting, and flexibility to select plant site based on fuel access radius instead of water availability.

Solar

Concentrated solar power (CSP) operates in dry locations where dry cooling is a must. SPG DC Air-cooled condensers (ACC), included the natural draft design ACC, are specifically designed to enable a flexible operation, limit water use and reduce parasitic loss.

Geothermal

Geothermal plants convert energy from either dry or flash geothermal steam in a single cycle. SPG DC offers unique dry cooling solutions to geothermal plants, allowing full condensate reinjection, thus prolonging the life of the geothermal power plants.

Gas

Combined cycle plants mostly operate as base load and therefore require high efficiency. This is how large air cooled condensers are most often used. Further, our coolers are designed to perform throughout the year and be installed quickly to bring power to your network.

Kick-off Meeting

With our Project Manager, Engineering team, Quality Control Officer, Logistics officer, as well as with equivalent representatives from the client-side.

Engineering phase

In the first phase, we will hand the client a basic design of the requested product. In the second phase, we will start with a more detailed design.

Procurement phase

With our Project Manager, Engineering team, Quality Control Officer, Logistics officer, as well as with equivalent representatives from the client side. Our Sales Manager will also be there, and often the client’s procurement manager too.

Delivery to client

We can make the equipment and materials available for client pick-up. Or we can deliver goods to the project site.
