Our W-Style® Air-Cooled Condenser (ACC) installed in Mexico for a 680 MW combined cycle gas power plant. The ACC consists of 25 modules.
This innovative induced draft system features a distinctive “W” heat exchanger structure, which significantly reduces the overall height of the ACC compared to traditional forced draft designs.
The W-Style® ACC also offers a lower steel weight, improved wind resistance, and reduced back pressure at low ambient temperatures resulting in enhanced average annual power plant output.

W-Style ACC® is an innovative Induced Draft Air-Cooled Condenser (ACC) directly condensing the steam turbine exhaust flow. The condensate returns to the boiler without any water loss.
With its unique “W” heat exchanger structure, the amount of steel and overall height of the ACC are dramatically reduced (compared to traditional forced draft arrangements).
